KeePassX

In a previous post I had mentioned KeePass Password Safe, a free utility that one uses to store usernames and password in an encrypted database. Today I revisited the website and discovered an OS X binary is now available. You’ll need to download the appropriate Qt package for your version of OS X. The installation for both components was simple.

I was able to copy an existing KeePass database from the Windows version and open it directly in the OS X version.
